How to Add a New Physical Product

This form appears after you select "Physical Product." Fill in these details to list your item for sale. The form is divided into a main section on the left and a configuration column on the right.

Main Product Details (Left Side)

  • Product Name: The public title of your product.

  • Permalink: The URL (web address) for your product. This is often auto-generated from the name, but you can edit it.

  • Media:

    • Featured Image: The main image shown in product listings.

    • Gallery Images: Upload additional photos for the product gallery.

    • Videos URL (Optional): Add links to product videos (e.g., YouTube).

  • Description:

    • Short Description: A brief summary that appears near the top of the product page.

    • Full Description: A detailed description using the rich-text editor to format text, add lists, or embed media.

  • Specifications:

    • Click "+ Add Specification" to add technical details (e.g., "Color: Red," "Material: Cotton").

  • Tags: Add keywords to help customers find your product via search (e.g., "gaming," "headset," "pc").

  • SEO Meta Tags:

    • SEO Title & Description: Set custom text that will appear in Google search results.

Configuration & Pricing (Right Side)

  • Pricing:

    • Price: The main selling price for the item.

    • Currency: (Critical) Select the specific cryptocurrency you want to receive for this product's sales (e.g., USDT (BSC Test), XPAYR (ETH)).

    • Previous Price (Optional): If you set this, the main price will show as a "sale" price (e.g., "$100" $80).

  • Organization:

    • Brand: Select the product's brand.

    • Categories: Check the box(es) for the categories your product belongs in (e.g., "Electronics," "Gaming").

  • Collections: Assign the product to special collections (e.g., "Best Sellers," "New Arrivals").

  • Labels: Add promotional badges to your product (e.g., "New," "Hot," "Sale").

  • Stock & Shipping:

    • Total in stock: Your inventory quantity.

    • Shipping Method: Select the shipping option you previously configured (e.g., "Flat rate"). This is required for physical goods.

  • Tax: Select the appropriate tax class, if any.

  • SKU / Barcode: Enter your internal Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) to track inventory.

Once all details are complete, click "Save Product" at the top right to make your item live.
