Your Vendor Dashboard: An Overview

Welcome to your Vendor Dashboard! This is your central hub for managing every aspect of your store on the web3cart marketplace. From here, you can track your sales, add products, and manage customer interactions.

Main Navigation Menu (Left Side)

Your primary navigation menu on the left side organizes all management tasks into categories:

  • Vendor Dashboard: (This page) Returns you to the main overview screen.

  • E-commerce: This section contains tools for managing your products and sales.

  • Products: Add new products, edit existing ones, and manage your inventory.

  • Sales: View your order history, manage fulfillments, and track revenue.

  • Customer Support: Manage support tickets submitted by your customers.

  • Settings: Configure your store profile, payment information, and shipping options.

Dashboard Statistics (Top Section)

The top of your dashboard features "at-a-glance" statistics to give you a real-time snapshot of your store's performance:

  • Total Orders: The total number of orders your store has received. Click "View Orders" to see details.

  • Total Transactions: A log of all financial movements (sales, payouts). Click "View Transactions" for a detailed ledger.

  • Total Users: The number of unique customers who have purchased from your store.

  • Unique Buyer Wallets: (Specific to Web3) The number of unique crypto wallets that have interacted with your store.

  • Support Requests: Shows the number of open customer support tickets requiring your attention.

  • User Products: The total number of products you have listed. Click "View Products" to manage them.

Dashboard Modules (Bottom Section)

The lower section of your dashboard provides quick-access lists for immediate action:

  • Latest Orders: A list of your most recent orders. You can see the Order ID, customer name, total amount, and fulfillment status (e.g., "Completed").

  • Latest Users: Shows customers who have recently registered an account after purchasing from your store.

  • Reviews: A feed of the latest product reviews left by your customers.
